Registration at www.vde.com/vde4you After the registration you will get an e-mail to activate

your account. Please, logon with your existing account (DKE Account, former customer portal)

Alternatively, you will get two additional e-mails with username and password.

The access to your customer portal will be completely managed by you.

General Information

In the customer portal you will find the following documents

Technical information and documents to your offers, orders and certificates.

In addition you can ask questions or start orders at the VDE Institute via „Request Form“.

You can manually upload files for a project, a certificate or even without any reference via „Add documents“.

General Presentation - Navigation

View for the customer Overview contains all information to offers,

orders, certificates and questions. Attention: On this page you will only find valid

certificates!


„Request“ At this point you can ask questions about the complete service sector or offers of the VDE Institute.


„Projects“ Contains all documents to VDE-certificates, orders (CB certificates/testreports) and offers in seperated lists.


„Documents“ „Document List“ Shows all documents in a list. It

is possible to download all documents!

„Add Documents“ Upload files without reference

(before a project starts)


„Settings“ Notification about modifications for all documents
