1960-1985 active population +2,1% => fast growing economy

2015-2025 active population +0,2% => economical stagnation

Yesterday; Jobs and skills availableToday; less jobs and less skills available (due 2 recession and higher life expectation)Tomorrow; jobs but less skills available (due 2 stagnation and less active population).

Even when economy improves, the skills needed for the created jobs are not there!

How to deliver key skills where they are needed? Talents Mobility When do we need it? Now

Tomorrow has already arrived when we talk about skills shortage!
