Mission Statement: To solve unsolved problems innovatively by each one help one concept” Our task is to promote and make available industrial and supervisory skills to perk up supervision and management at the grass root level for men and women towards poverty alleviation, to work; for alleviating poverty through providing essential livelihoods, for empowering women through skill enlargement; for protecting children from abuses and exploitations through education and granting fundamental rights; making available healthy and vigorous environment for the youth and old-age to the erection of progressive nation.

Philosophy: “Each one Help One”. In 2003, we had the privilege of meeting Mrs. Rachel Chatterji, IAS., as a part of Krish personality development program. During the interaction and panel discussion Mrs. Chatterji threw light on quite a few important developmental issues and the need of the community to contribute to it. She stressed that if all the youth in the country pledge and commit to “Each One Help One” there would be growth and prosperity in our nation. This statement had left a deep impact on me and later in the year 2005 it became our philosophy.
