PPLs Achievement Awards recognizes individuals that have demonstrated great strength and resolve inchanging their lives and/or have contributed to their community in a signicant way. To recognize individualsfrom each PPL program in 2011, directors are charged with assembling your program staff to then determineyour programs participant winner using the criteria listed on the nomination form. Please work within yourprogram area to decide on one award winner.

As the nominator, you must be committed to act as a liaison between your nominee and PPL, participatingin all of the awards related activities (photos, rehearsal, prole development). By checking the boxes belowyou acknowledge that your programs:

Each year PPL recognizes extraordinary participants through the PPL Achievement Awards event. This yearsevent will be held on April 26 at the Hyatt on Nicollet Mall and will recognize one participant fromeach 2011 program. Award recipients are representative of the PPL mission and have made signicantsteps toward their own personal development or towards the well being of others in their family orcommunity.
