Step 5:Fasten a pair of Slip Sleeves(B) around the grooves at the very top of thefour Poles(A). Slide the Basket(F) over the top of the four Poles(A) until itrests snugly on the Slip Sleeves(B).

Fasten a pair of Slip Sleeves(B) around the groove of two Poles(A). Slide the Handle Bar(E) over the two poles until it rests snugly on the Slip Sleeves(B).
