Finally please remember that this report is only asking you to report on progress since the
last Annual review was completed. However, if activities began before that period and have
developed since, it is fine to report on progress made, or any new developments that took
place within the last year. Please don’t copy and paste any text from the previous Annual
Review.

The time it takes to compile the full AR will depend largely on how many people need to be involved. Typically this should include programme officers, partners, finance officers, M&E officers, local and UK staff working directly on the project. We would advise working backwards from your submission deadline to plot in the various review / approval points you need internally within your organisation.
