Born and raised in rural Crete in Greece, Andreas fell in love with marketing when he was 21. He then quit the prestigious Mathematics

University of Athens to pursue his passion for advertising at the University of Florida, where he graduated with High Honors. He kick started

his career at DMB&B in New York, and ever since forged a life journey spanning three continents and six countries dedicating his

professional life to the ad industry.

From corporate America he moved back to Greece where he managed JWT’s media for all its international clients and in 1997 he set sail to

Asia in 1997. After setting D’Arcy Japan media on the road to success and a short stint with Wieden & Kennedy in Tokyo, he joined

Starcom, restructuring it to be a strong international media agency in the Japanese market. Enjoying the challenges of “building”, he later

moved on to Taiwan at the helm of the MindShare group, cementing it to be the strongest market leader in the local media scene. In 2006,

he joined Omnicom Media Group in Malaysia.

A firm believer in curating strategic partnerships and turning clients into enthusiastic referral sources, he transformed OMG into an award

winning formidable force and has received numerous awards and accolades.

A highly sought after speaker, locally and abroad, Andreas has also conducted numerous high-powered sessions for several universities and

the industry at large. He has served on several industry boards, the Board of Directors of the European Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia

and as a judge in numerous award judging juries. He currently sits on the Industry Boards several Universities such as Taylor’s, INTI,

UTAR, PJ College of Art & Design (PJCAD), the Monash University Dragon panel, the Ad:tech Asean Kuala Lumpur advisory board and was

one of the industry curators for APMF 2014 (Asia Pacific Media Forum).

With a passion for coaching, Andreas invests time to coach, mentor and empower young minds to think out of the box, find their own passion

for innovation and excellence. He often shares life and work lessons with the university students that he has the privilege of interacting with.

Andreas is a Certified Professional Coach locally & internationally (CCA & ICF), a Certified NLP practitioner and the CEO of the gold award

winning OMD & PHD agencies in Malaysia. He was inducted in the YPO Malaysian Chapter in 2008, the International Who’s Who of

Professionals in 2009, and is the recipient of the Achievers & Leaders Award in 2012 and the Global Brand Leadership Award at the World

Brand Congress of 2014.
