The European Change Communications Award appreciates outstanding Change Communications Projects in the following categories:

- STRATEGY - BRANDING

The Award is designed for small and medium sized businesses as well as for multinational large scale businesses whole over Europe.

- small project budget < 50.000,00 € or target group < 1.000 employees

- medium

project budget > 50.000,00 € < 100.000 € or target group >1.000 <10.000 employees

- large

project budget > 100.000,00 € or target group >10.000 employees

Target Group

This Award is addressed to CEO, HR Manager, Corporate Communications Manager, and Corporate Marketing or -Branding Manager. For the purpose of the Internal Branding Approach successful Change Communications Projects take care of a cross functional, interdisciplinary cooperation to achieve optimum impact.

Projects

This Award is addressed to CEO, HR Manager, Corporate Communications Manager, and Corporate Marketing or -Branding Manager. For the purpose of the Internal Branding Approach successful Change Communications Projects take care of a cross functional, interdisciplinary cooperation to achieve optimum impact. The projects can be implemented over the last two years and need not be completed till now. They could be rea-lised in a number of areas such as

• Restructuring• Burn-Out Turnaround• New strategic direction, Rebranding• Mergers & Aquisitions, Post Merger Integration • Programs to improve customer focus• Service-Improvement-Programs

Draft Paper for the Submission

For the submission you need to fill out a draft paper which enfolded a summary of the project according to the following outline:

Starting Situation

• Starting Situation• Challenge• Task / Assignment

Objective

• Strategic Approach• Course of Action and Mode of Operation• Target Groups• Key Messages

Tactical Planning

• Actions to be taken/Tools• Objective (timeframe, coverage)• Dramatury of the project (time table, storyboard)

Implementation / Evaluation

• Infos about the implementation• Challenges/Problems and who to solve them• Evaluation of the impact of the actions

Added Value

• Evaluation of the impact according the commu- nication objective• Contribution of the project for the business success• Conclusions
