Connecting restaurants and consumers to local products!
Why Buy Local?Buying Local is good for you and the planet!
Buying from local farms helps you get products that are healthier, fresher and that taste better too. Local foods travel much shorter distances from farm to fork, promoting cleaner air and water while reducing our carbon footprint.
You’re supporting family farms and strengthening the local economy.
Buying local food keeps your dollars circulating in your local community. When you buy local, you help to ensure that our farms survive for many years to come.
In Maryland, if every household purchased just $12 worth of farm products for eight weeks, over $200 million would be put back into the pockets of our local farmers.
Where can I buy Local Products?
Visit our website to view the Arundel Grown Guide to find local products near you, including a list of Arundel Grown Certified Restaurants
Attention Restaurants, Chefs, & Caterers!
Are you looking to serve the best tasting, freshest recipes using local ingredients from Anne Arundel County? If so, we invite you to join Arundel Grown Certified. Arundel Grown Certified helps promote participating restaurants and farms in an effort to increase awareness of local agriculture and food sourcing. For program details, contact us!

AAEDC offers an Agriculture Scrap Tire Disposal Program which allows Anne Arundel County agribusiness owners to dispose of their tires by bringing them to T&C Farm, where a collection trailer is available.
The Scrap Tire Program is sponsored by the Anne Arundel County Farm Bureau and the county’s Soil Conservation District, T&C Farm Services, the Maryland Department of the Environment and Maryland Environmental Service.
