• Notes pages view } shows one slide at the time including notes
• Slide show view}lets you preview your presentation on the screen
• Reading view} is like slide show except it is in a window.

• You can modify the presentations view color like in color,grayscale,black and white options
• Using zoom
• Lets you change the magtnification by using zoom dialog box or zoom control.

• You can have multiple presentations open at once .
