• Normal view} lets you focus on a individual slide ,( current slide)

• Slide sorter view}displays all the slides in a presentation on a single screen .

• Notes pages view } shows one slide at the time including notes

• Slide show view}lets you preview your presentation on the screen

• Reading view} is like slide show except it is in a window.

• View color

• You can modify the presentations view color like in color,grayscale,black and white options

• Using zoom

• Lets you change the magtnification by using zoom dialog box or zoom control.

• Viewing multiple presentation at once

• You can have multiple presentations open at once .
