candidateselectedbyyourorganizationthroughusforall juniorandmiddlelevelpositionsand 12.57 % forallseniorpositions.

Additional Service Tax @ 12.36% (asapplicable)willbe chargedonthe invoiceamount.

Ourpaymenthastobeclearedwithin 15-20daysfromthedateofjoiningoftheselectedcandidate. Ourservicesalsoincludethereplacementoftheselectedcandidate,

withoutanycharge,incaseanyselectedcandidateresignswithinaperiodofthreemonthsofhis / herdateofappointment.

Forinterviewofoutstationcandidates,allexpensesatactualtobebornebytheorganizationforwhichpriorconsentshallbetakenbyconsultants.

IncasetheEmployerwishestoadvertisethevacanciesin

Newspapers/Magazines,Employerwillbearthecost,forconsultantsshalltakethatpriorconsent. Resumeforwardedtoyouasperyourrequirementwillremainour

property.
