POWER OF ATTORNEY TO AGENT FOR COURT CASES

By this power of Attorney I, Sri Anirban Mullick, son of Sri Harihar

Mullick, residing at Village and Mouja-Bamunpara, Sankarhati No. II

Gram Panchayat, Post Office-Munshirhat, Police Station-

Jagatballavpur, District-Howrah do hereby nominate, constitute and

appoint Sri Arindam Mullick, son of Sri Harihar Mullick, residing at

Village and Mouja-Bamunpara, Sankarhati No. II Gram Panchayat, Post

Office-Munshirhat, Police Station- Jagatballavpur, District-Howrah as

my Attorney, for me, in my name and on my behalf :

1. To represent me before the Court to all intents and purposes in

connection with any proposed civil suit and all other and/or further

applications and/or appeal and/or other connected matters arising out

of the said proposed suit in connection with various shop rooms owned

and or legally possessed by me jointly and/or severally situated in and

around Mouja- Bamunpara under Sankarhati No. II Gram Panchayat,

Post Office-Munshirhat, Police Station-Jagatballabhpur, District-

Howrah.

2. To appear for and prosecute and defend all actions and

proceedings, to sign and verify all petition, interlocutory applications,

other applications in connection with the aforesaid civil suit or all other

connected matters arising out of the said proposed suit.

3. To appear for and prosecute and defend all actions and

proceedings, to sign and verify all appeal and/or revisional application

or any further application in connection thereto before the appropriate

higher forum of law in connection with the aforesaid civil suit or all

other connected matters arising out of the said proposed suit.

4. To engage and appoint any advocate or advocates or counsel to act

and plead and otherwise conduct the said case whenever my said

attorney thinks proper to do so.

5. To do all other lawful acts and things in connection with the case as

effectually as I could do the same if I were personally present, and all

and whatever my said Attorney shall lawfully do, I do hereby agree to

ratify and confirm.
