■ Control system (Standard)The Smartgen HGM170 is a generator control module designed

to start and stop the engine via a key switch and push buttons on

The front panel or remote start signal. When detecting faults

(low oil pressure, high water/cylinder temperature, auxiliary alarm

over speed), it will discount fuel relay and energize to stop. LED

annunciator display the faults, which can offer real and effective

alarm informations.

intelligent and network techniques is used for automatic control

system of diesel generator. It can carry out functions including

automatic start/stop, data measure and alarm protective. The

controller uses LCD display.

The Installation of Generator1 , the installation site need to maintain good ventilation , generator terminal should have sufficient air inlet , thediesel engine side should be a good outlet . The vent area should be greater than 1.5 times more than the area ofthe tank.

2, the installation of around should be kept clean to avoid the items placed in the vicinity of acidic, alkaline andother corrosive gases and vapors can produce . Conditional fire extinguishing devices should be configured.

3. for indoor use, you must exhaust pipes pass to the outdoor, the diameter must be ≥ muffler smoke tubediameter, connected to the pipes of the elbow should not be more than 3 to ensure the smooth flow of exhaust gas,and shall pipe downward-sloping 5 - 10 degrees, avoid rain water injection; exhaust pipe is installed verticallyupwards, you must install rain cover.

4. The concrete foundation is required in the installation Use the level to measure the level of the unit fixed on thebasis of the level. Between the unit and the foundation should be a dedicated anti-vibration pad or foot bolt.

5, the unit housing must have reliable protection grounding directly grounded neutral point generator, it must becarried out by professionals neutral ground, and equipped with lightning protection devices, prohibit the use of thethe mains grounding device neutral point directly to ground.

6, the two-way switch for generator and mains must be very reliable, to prevent reverse power transmission.Two-way switch wiring reliability and subject to the approval of the inspection of the local electricity sector.
