Nova industrijska revolucija na pomolu
There is little doubt that US and Chinese industrial and
digital champions will dominate large shares of the global
economy in the decades to come. But whether they will
be competing with European multinationals depends on
the EU’s willingness to update its antitrust policies and
expand its digital strategy
Guy Verhofstadt (bivši premijer Belgije, President of ALDE)

- 1 robot zamjenjuje 3-6 radnika
- 5% svih poslova moguće je 100% automatizirati, 60% moguće je
automatizirati u jednoj trećini
- 85% tvrtki će koristiti umjetnu inteligenciju u bar jednom procesu do 2020.

digitalizacije
Isprekidane linije pokazuju
prosječan rezultat 15 starijih odnosno 13 novijih članica EU-a.

Imamo li konja za trku?
Atlantic Group (FMCG)
- U 4 godine investicije u digitalne tehnologije 3x (cloud, robotizacija logističkih
centara, Big data i napredna analitika, strojno učenje, Customer experience
management), školovanje zaposlenih u digitalnim vještinama
- Digitalna transformacija u cilju povećanja efikasnosti u proizvodnji i logistici,
grupnih sinergija, bolji uvid u potrebe krajnjih korisnika, otvaranja novih
kanala prodaje, optimizacije procesa
Bomark Pak (proizvodnja stretch folije)
- U 3 godine investirano EUR 30m u ARD modernizaciju/širenje proizvodnje
- 50% svih procesa robotizirano; 1 robot u usipavanju materijala zamjeni 8
ljudi, u zamjeni proizvodnih linja 3 ljudi
- Proizvodnja 3X, profit 2X+, masa plaća 40%+, EBITDA marža (8,5% iznad
konkurencije na ~6%)
- Investicije se vratila u 3 godine
Kanaan (proizvodnja čipsa)
- U 3 godine investirano EUR 10m, 2 robota zamijenilo je 18 ljudi
- Proizvodnja rasla 10%+ godišnje, EBITDA marža (~20%, 2-3x iznad
konkurencije), masa plaća oko 40% veća
- Investicije se vraćaju u max. 2 godine
-
Imamo li konja za trku?
Pod zajedničkim nazivnikom
1. Domaća poduzeća više sklona reinvestiranju dobiti
2. Planiraju daljnju robotizaciju na višoj razini prihoda, uz pomoć tendera
Inovacije i Razvoj (50-70% EU sredstava bespovratno, do sada 35%)
3. Reinvestiraju gotovo cijeli EBITDA, očekuju povrat od 50%+
4. Uskoro kreiraju radna mjesta plaćena na razini prosjeka branše u EU
-
Zašto je ARD imperativ za Hrvatsku?
- Daje injekciju za brži rast produktivnosti
- Prema McK, vrijednost digitalne ekonomije možemo povećati
na 16% BDP-a do 2025 (5% u 2016.), odnosno za EUR 8,3mlrd
- Niži trošak radne snage više nije komparativna prednost što
više ARD snižava troškove proizvodnje / pružanja usluga
- ARD će pomoći u poboljšanju poslovnih performansi, no nije
supstitut za kvalitetu managementa, bolje procese, inovacije
- ARD potencijal najveći u najvećim granama (prerađivačka
industrija, trgovina) te radno-deficitiranim granama
(turizam)
