Background

• The list of 87 “bikeway projects” was included in referendum approved by voters in 2012

• County Council established the criteria for project ranking

• Projects were ranked using Council’s criteria

• Council approved the project rank

• Highest priority “projects” selected for initial set of projects for scope and design
