    Contact Building Address Posting RulesAll General According to Communication Services:

    For safety and cleanliness, posters must be placed only ondesignated Communication Services billboards; therefore posting is prohibited on painted walls, on doors, windows,stairs and elevators, and on the ceilings and floors. Users mustmake sure they do not cover posters that are already up.

    Out of date posters (where the date of the event or the date ofthe stamp has expired) may be removed.

    There is a limit of one (1) poster per candidate or percommittee for every Info Campus (silver uOttawa bar on top) billboard on campus, except in the UCU, where none are permitted.

    There is a limit of one (1) poster per candidate or percommittee for every wooden-covered concrete pillar in theUCU.

    The C.A.S.P.A.R. has the sole responsibility of postings inresidence. Individuals, groups, clubs, services or businesses arenot permitted to enter the residences to distribute their goods.

    Posters, intended for display in main entrances must not belarger than 11 x 17 and posters intended for display onresidence floors must not be larger than 8.5 x 11. If you wouldlike to post on the residence floors you must post on all 100residence floors, you cannot pick & choose where they will go.
