ECONOMIC LITERACY  

Through Economic Literacy, girls learn about money and the economy, including how to manage, invest, and save money! As girls explore, they learn how the economy 

affects everyone locally and globally, while they develop skills critical to being financially savvy and to becoming 

economically independent adults. 

Women constitute half of the American workforce, 

but only earn .77cents for every dollar earned by their 

male counterparts!
