Post production is simply a term for all stages of production occurring after the end of shooting/recording the finished

work.

Once the filming for a horror trailer is completed, post production stages can include editing clips together, adding non diegetic sound, special effects, and editing of colours

and lighting etc.

Due to the development of digital technology in recent years it has made the post production process much

quicker and easier for the film industry.
