He explained that it was the Oneida PublicSafety partment' s responsibility to report all criminal type activity tolocal enforcenEnt agencies who have criIDinal and civil jurisdiction on theCt1eida servation~ Any fraud or embezzl~t from the Tribe is to bereported directly to the Bureau of Indian Affairs and Federal Bureau ofInvestig tion.
