earned top awards in obedience, field trials, hunt test, agility, tracking and conforma-tion. She has 8 AKC OTCH titled dogs and 10 that have completed their CKC OTCH titles. Janice has earned 200 scores with 8 different dogs from the Novice, Open and Utility classes. She has produced 5 successful DVD’s on Competition training and owns a boarding kennel and training facility in Abbotsford, BC.

how to actively engage your dog to want to be a willing participant when training and showing. Janice will demonstrate a variety of techniques including touch pad

training, food chase game, impulse control, on off switches, her unique disc game, remote reward, target plate training, the value of platforms, how to get your dog’s focus and keep it, value transfer, proper play techniques, engagement, explain and discuss ways to use shaping for a stronger connection, are just some of the topics that will be covered.

First priority for working spots will be given to current Longhaul Students who provide a non-refundable $100 deposit with Registration Form before Monday, September 2, 2019. All other non-students $100 non-refundable deposits received with a Registration Form may be submitted at any time and will be put on first-come, first-served waiting list and deposit will only be banked if a working spot is available. Balance to hold working spot is due by August 15th, 2019. Auditing spots will be limited to 12 people due to space limitations. $100 non-refundable deposit may be provided by August 15th, 2019 to hold an auditing spot.
