It's a great deal
Welcome to Posidonia 2014Once again the Greek shipowners will welcome the international shipping
community to Posidonia for five days of business, debate and social
gatherings. Few events can match this concentration of international buyers.
In 2012 the stands of more than 1,870 exhibitors attracted over 18,500
buyers from 92 countries.
For over 40 years this largest gathering in the shipping calendar has
provided unique access to Greek and international shipowners and buyers.
In its new home at the Metropolitan Expo, Posidonia again opens the door
to global opportunity. Welcome!
‘Posidonia has laid the foundations fornumerous business transactions providingdirect contact with shipowners and themaritime community in general. Technavastrongly believes that Greek shipping andPosidonia lead the way for future developmentand growth’.

Great deals done...Posidonia week is renowned for deals done in the
exhibition. Be ready for technical and commercial buyers
keen to discuss products and services for their operations.
‘A third of the ships currently being built are forGreek shipowners. They are building modernships and are pioneers with new technologies, using newly designed engines. The Greeks arethe first to use equipment like our new low-speed engines using green shippingtechnologies.’

direct returns in business done during and after Posidonia.
‘This is my third Posidonia. This venue is of highstandard and there has been a lot of traffic. The stand has been busy and we see the peoplevisiting have come more organised and havecome to do business.’
