Bachelors, Masters and PhDs Chronic Unemployed learn STEM invention commercialization & patents, high growth entrepreneurship and investment primer.

Family Business Mentoring Program

Family Business Mentoring Program A community-based entrepreneurship program for youth and their families centered on the idea of MyFamily, Inc.

Engage Community and recruit business mentors, building a strong support network of friends, family, community, school, and business leaders.

Teach Youth Business Basics as CEO of a simulated family business. Teens lead parents and siblings to reach milestones.

Encourage Collaboration with the family and community leaders to sustain and support career advancement.

Empower Participants to track performance, progress to goals, and fail forward and fail fast toward success.


Pilot for TANF recipients: 78 enrolled

● 50 completed and gained a credential. 50% of those that did not complete training, did not complete because they became employed.

● 64% entered employment rate for all participants of the program, compared at a 30% for the general TANF population participating in work activities during the same time period.

● 39% recidivism rate of the training participants returned to cash assistance during the two year period, compared to a Florida statewide recidivism rate of nearly 60%.

Bridges GapsBridge the gap between the entry-level, mindset-focused curriculum of “Own Your Future”, and the high-level, rigorous deep-dive of the original Startup Quest®.
