Dear Golden Seller Team,
I am writing to you to apply for the Public Relations position in Golden Seller company in San Diego. I am a gradu-ating in May student of Chadron State College, Nebraska. I value highly Golden Seller’s business and PR require-ments perspective I found on your website, which, in my opinion, is the online face of any company. Your firm would be the best work place for me as an owner of my type of personality and skills I improve every day.
I am communicative, knowledgeable about intercultural and interpersonal relationships, active, hardworking, creative, goal oriented, and talented. I used to earn my own success by myself and this position can give me an opportunity to utilize my skills and ideas creating a positive image of Golden Seller’s clients through a strategic planning with a clear goal in mind. I have experience of working in international education company “Globus” as an Executive Assistant where I negotiated multiple contracts with clients and partners and worked on sales and promotion. I took an active part in The Big Event organization at Chadron State College for two years as an Adver-tising Assistant where I created advertising, worked with students and job sites. We reached a high success with over 600 volunteers and 80 jobsites, which are big numbers for a little town like Chadron. I was honored to be on the position of a Resident Adviser on campus. This position requires organizing campus events, having close connections with residents and campus leaders according to stated by CSC officials rules. Currently, I work on a CSC International Ambassador position where I apply my leadership and organizational skills. I manage schedules for my partners and actors for the video shooting process. I work on strategic plan for promotion abroad and for international students’ events.
I have written for The Eagle newspaper on campus that can show my writing skills. Through my entire life I took ac-tive position in a lot of events, clubs and organizations. I speak on three languages: English and Russian – fluently, German – great grammar and wide vocabulary.
Working on PR position for Golden Seller in San Diego, I would build and maintain relationships with media of all three levels. I would solve problems with press releases, pitches, press kits, emails, creative solutions, and work with all Microsoft Office, Coral, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, After Effects, Audition, and Premiere Pro programs. I would create a strategic plan for events. I would create with my co-workers one of the strongest events team to benefit Golden Seller and its clients. I would do formative, process and summative evaluations after every project to recognize and to fix gaps and mistakes or to avoid them in the future.
I understand that this position requires hard working and time, but I would love to be a part of Golden Seller company, and I am totally ready for it with all my skills to achieve company’s goals, to bring profit to its clients, and to challenge my skills every day. I look forward to get a response from you and to start working with other team-mates. I can be reached by cell phone (308) 207-0793 or by email [email protected]. Thank you so much for your time.Sincerely, Maria Evtodieva.

Job and Internship Projects I created advertisements and strategic plan for The Big Event 2015-
2016 internship and a job as an International Ambassador for
Chadron State College, Nebraska.
The Big Event/ Internship
In The Big Event team I took the position of Advertising Assistant. My
responsibilities were to make a strategic plan for the advertising
process, to use my personal social media for The Big Event sharing, to
create advertisements for print, and to communicate with potential
recruits and jobsites.
The result of 2015 event was more than 600 volunteers at age from 18
to 25 and 80 jobsites from around the Chadron, which is a big amount of
volunteers and jobsites for the small town of 5, 851 total population. We also
recommended ourselves highly among USA universities and colleges,
who participate in The Big Event project every year. We have a
sponsorship from the Subway and local stores and organizations who
help us with supplies, food, drinks, and transportation.

The Big Event 2015
The slogan of The Big Event 2015 was “The Big Event for Everyone.” We
created advertisements for every department on our campus. It was the
way to apply the idea of unity in one of the biggest projects for Chadron
State College when we say one big Thank You to the community around
which carries about us every day.
The color choice was orange, maroon, white, and black because
these colors are in The Big Event logo for Chadron State College. The
assignment was to apply these colors to every image.
I used Photoshop and InDesign programs mostly.

The Big Event 2016
The slogan of The Big Event 2015 was “The Big Event is Bigger Than.” We
created advertisements using pictures of the most active and most known
in Chadron State College students and faculty staff members. It was the
idea of using people’s recognition among others that would influence
them to be a part of one of the biggest projects for Chadron State College
when we say one big Thank You to the community around which carries
about us every day.
In some cases we used “bigger than...” and their names; in other
cases we used “bigger than...” and their position on campus. It
depended on the way Chadron State College students and staff know
them for.
I took pictures by myself and used Photoshop and InDesign
programs mostly.

International Ambassador/ Job
My primary duties are helping international students with
documentation, TOEFL, problems of Chadron State College online
resources use and access, social media development through Facebook,
Vkontakte and Chadron State College official website.
When I started working I took the responsibility to propose my own
video project.
The idea was “I am the Eagle and I am proud.” I created video-
shooting schedule for the video professionals staff and 30 international
students that would fit all their schedules and preferences. I took the role
of producer and film director for the whole process of filming. Currently,
I am working on video programs with Chadron State College hired film
maker, Daniel Binkard.
According to my schedule the first draft of the video will be ready by
March 16, 2016, and the last version will be done by March 24, 2016. It will
be posted on csc.edu and available for everyone.
15
Chadron State Col-lege official website’s page for internation-al students we take care of and where the video will be posted on.
International Office Facebook page for international stu-dents we take care of. We post new events of campus, impor-tant information, and entertaining links for education. We have about 6 subscribers every week, which is good for the size of college we have and for the term we start-ed working on it only about two months ago.

The schedule I came up with for the video project on the International Ambassador job position at Chadron State College, January, 2016.

Photoshop and InDesign SkillsThis section show my professional skills in Photoshop and InDesign
programs.
Here is my advertisement for a travel company, for a Pandora with a
picture made by professional photographer, idea project for the CA 450
Campaigns class, and a German Fairy Tale paintings for the international
competition in 2010, and graduation invitation for May 7, 2016.
The advertising for Pandora and travel company show my skills of
brand recognition’s connection, communication and Photoshop and
InDesign skills.
The Idea Project has a slogan “#Whitegoeswhite” because the main
logo Trafalgar is white, and I tried to create a potential partnership’s plan
for the company. I researched the history of white logos Nike, Sephora,
Kozel, and Florentina and the countries they were created and famous;
and tried to create advertisings applying and catchy to people’s eyes.
For the German Fairy Tale competition I got an honor document from
a German-Russian association. It shows my skills in painting and
creativity. The Graduation Invitation is my professional way to invite relatives.

Press Release/Logo/Flyer
The press release I created for the conference, titled Child Welfare in
Nebraska, at Chadron State College on Nov. 5, 2014. The assignment
was to create a logo, flyer with logo of the college, and a press release
to aware the community of Chadron about this big event for social work
students.
I draw the logo and followed all copyright rules. It is simple and right
to the point.
