community spacesdesign: the rib structures rise organically from the central lawn area on either side of the main pedestrian/

bicycle path forming a tension field between them

program: from single apartment to urban plandesign: 30 foot cube developed as abstract apartment; the urban plan reflects a three-dimensional

oriental city fabric as an extension of the grid-based apartment unit.

its surroundings by extending and retracting structure, infill walls, and deck.

program: tea house on a remote island near berlin; masonrydesign: the verticality of forest and existing adjacent temple are expressed through the elevated tea

room, the stair case leading up to it and the columns that support the tea room.

program: create an innovative connection between paper tubes with only one tooldesign: tool = knife: three interconnected paper tubes build a strong core

program: a portable base for architecture modelsdesign: the legs fold out of the main body, the integrated wings rotate out of the legs to stabilize the

model stand and provide the base for architectural models

all equipment (except tv) is stowed within the main compartment with concealed power, LPs are stored underneath the LP player.
