services organization venturing into risk and analytics domain. The entire start-up team was identified and placed by Populus.

Set up the entire risk department for the most profitable bank in UAE. This included credit and market risk positions as well as risk technology consultants

Hired the entire team for financial analytics and insurance analytics for a credit bureau service provider
