2. New Edition VIP Care Brand Book

Poppins VIP (Very Important Person) Care Brand Book has recently been revised to up-date Poppins high quality services to reflect the latest developments. Poppins VIP Care Services are renowned for providing quality care beyond standard nursing care. The Brand Book explains how Poppins staff are trained in nursing care emphasising warm, respectful behaviour and caring communication with aged VIPs as well as their families. To make understanding easier, the text is supported by real-life examples from both Poppins VIP Carers, as well as families who have employed Poppins VIP Carers.

Recently, Poppins has introduced Nursing Care Seminars for members of the general public who want to find out how best to care for senior members of the Aging Society.

3. Poppins Nanny Team-Care Service

Poppins Nanny Services continue to develop to meet the needs of the changing society as well as the individual aspirations of customers.

Recently Poppins Nanny Service introduced a unique Team-Care Service in which Nannies, Coordinators and family members (customers) regularly share information about child’s care needs. Nanny Team-Care aims to build up a daily-life routine responding to the growth needs of the child as well as defining the role of the nanny, so building an effective caring system which optimizes the characteristics of each nanny and, at the same time, standardizing a suitable routine. A family’s educational concepts, aspirations and needs should be given key importance in planning care. Working together Poppins Nanny Team-Care can confirm these key points and plan the child’s daily life programme accordingly. Care filled with warmth and understanding is paramount and Nannies share this with families whilst supporting their children. Poppins Nanny Team-Care Service is composed of a triangle - the family (customer) together with the nanny and the coordinator offering a customised service based on love and trust.
