BJabc (serving in Northern Africa; 4551 Old Dalton Rd NE; Rome, GA 30165): MLT - We will be hosting a retreat for 6 of our national partners and their spouses on Feb. 1-3. During this time, ask that it would be a great time of rest and refreshment for these workers. Ask that they would be encouraged by the Word, the Spirit, and by one another. Ask that the Spirit would speak clearly to these workers about how they can multiply their efforts. Finally, ask that their relationship with one another, with us, with their children, and with their spouses would be more Chri$t-like. POP - We will be training a local national fellowship on how to find people of peace from Luke 10 and how to share their f@ith. The training will be on Friday, Jan. 27th. On Saturday, Jan. 28th they will go out 2x2 in their neighborhoods and follow the model of Luke 10 and use their new EV tool. Sunday, Jan. 29 th they will report to one another during their morning service. Ask for laborers for the harvest. Ask that the believers would find POP that would welcome the go$pel into their home. Ask that these homes would be places to study the Word and to fellowship as a body. Finally, ask that this time would be a great time of harvest and that the Father would show Himself mighty and powerful during this coming weekend. Partners and Team - The enemy continues to attack our team and national partners. Ask for strength. Ask that we would stand firmly on His Word. Ask for wisdom as we seek to encourage and challenge one another. Ask that we would all continue to press forward and shine the light of Truth. Finally, ask that He would be glorified through our witness and relationships. David, Kellie Crowe & Family (church planters w/ Greene Community Church in Waynesburg; 417 Craig Run Road; Waynesburg, PA 15370): GCC we are struggling with some key families moving, bad weather, winter blues and such. Pray that God will continue to sustain us by His grace, so that we can faithfully continue His work here. The Crowes -- we are cutting back on some business stuff to give Kellie a break so she can spend more time with children. Pray that we will be wise and good stewards. Brian & Ashley Jones (student at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary; 1138 Thomrose Way; Wake Forest, NC 27587): I'll start off by saying how thankful we are of you and GLBC! I don't know how we would manage without people lifting us up week after week, y'all are such a blessing. Pray for me (Brian) as I seek guidance and direction from God on the days ahead and that I would stay diligent with classes. Continue to pray for Ashley and me as we further our youth ministry classes. Ashley was able to lead one of her girls to the Lord last week, so we are rejoicing over that! Pray for Ashley as she now starts to disciple and walk along this journey with her. We love you all and are so thankful for all y’all do and have done! Bryan & Brittany Kelly (Boyce School/ Southern Baptist Theological Seminary; 315 Crescent Court; Louisville KY 40206): We are so thankful for the love and prayers. I can't express how comforting they have been. We are doing really well, enjoying life without tests, papers, and lots of readying. It's very cold here, so remember Bryan as he works night shift outside at the airport. He just got over a cold, so maybe we can keep him healthy for a while. We are so thrilled to officially share that I (Brittany) have accepted a job in ministry. By the end of the month, we will be back in Elizabethtown, Kentucky serving at Severns Valley Baptist Church. I will be working in the children's ministry department as the preschool director. We are so excited about this position and church. Pray as we learn and grow that all we do would be for God's glory. We love you all! M&H (serving in East Asia; 504 Cherees Way; Dalton, GA 30720): For a few months now, we have asked you to pr@y for a seeker named "J." During the last meeting of our seeker study earlier this month, it was an honor and joy to see the Father open J's heart to the truth making him a brother in the fa1th. Thank you very much for lifting him up. Last week, J went back to his hometown for the upcoming holiday. He obediently began to herald the message that changed his life with his family and friends. Yesterday, we received a very excited message from him telling us that one of his friends had also decided to bel1eve. His simple yet faithful obedience humbles our hearts. What a privilege it is to be heralds of this message! Praises: This month we were able b@pt1ze C and S who came to Chr1s+ last semester. It was a great celebration and opportunity to share the truth with their friends. Two weeks ago, Michael and I were able to spend a few days away in Taiwan eating lots of American food and catching up with friends. We praise G0d for J's f@ith and the faith of his friend. Request: Later this week we will travel with a friend and her husband to her hometown to celebrate the holiday. Our friend is a bel1ever, but her husband, dad, and brother are not. Please ask for opportunities to speak and display the g0spel. Our friends have all travelled back home for the holiday. Most of them do not have families who bel1eve. Please ask that our disciples' fa1th would remain strong and that G0d would be at work in the hearts of the lost. Julie Parham (student at Moody Bible Institute; CPO 1663, PO Box 10060; Chicago, IL 60610): Church family, thank you so much for lifting me up in prayer. I have had a very busy week with Founders week at school and then I had a huge paper due Monday. I got an amazing score on my paper. Continue to pray for my studies please. Also we will be going out again for free prayer on Friday, please pray for that. I love it here but I'm extremely excited to be traveling home next week. Mark & Gynnette Yoho (Fourth Watch Ministry; 840 Mountain Loop Rd NW; Sugar Valley, GA 30746): Psalms 57:1 “Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.This past week definitely brought about the feeling that our Mardi Gras Outreach team was under the shadow of the wings of our Great God. Several of the team members made mention of sensing the prayer coverage as we engage in the outreach. It was an awesome outreach. We were able to pass out somewhere over 40,000 Gospel tracts. I am aware of several people praying to receive Christ. And many, many Gospel conversations. On several occasions we were able to open air preach. We had great favor with the local officers of February 10, 2016

to cope with her confusion and cannot leave her alone to go look for work daily. If he does, there 3 year old is left to cope on his own as neighbors are not helpful to them. At the ministry, we are working on transportation for her to the hospital and trying to find help for the child but it is a struggle. Please pray for T and her family. We are very burdened for this family. Finally, Elizabeth is still doing well at Lee. She did well on her Calculus test. She is being interviewed for RA for her dorm. Pray God opens or closes that door according to His plans for her. Jacob is fine and dandy. Enjoying his sports and tolerating school like all 14 year old boys do- HA! Love and miss you all every day! God is Awesome is all our hearts can say.

Josh & Hannah Bowen (seminary student at Boyce School/Southern

Baptist Theological Seminary; 107 Fenley Avenue, Apt Q3; Louisville, KY 40207): We would like to ask you to pray with us and for us that as we make some big decision. We wish to honor God and chase him (not just his answers). The Lord has blessed us so much and continues to teach us daily. The kids are great! Please pray as Hannah is at home with them, while also working from home. We love you all!

Kristen Bowen (currently attending North Greenville University with plans

to do the Journeyman program with the IMB; 7801 N. Tigerville Road, Box 2282; Tigerville, SC 29688): This is a really busy time for me as I try to balance receiving instruction for the future and deadlines and papers in the present. It is easy to get 'me focused' and get so caught up in the 'important' things I have to do that I miss what is vitally important. Pray for me as I am stretched this week! Also, a lot of things have been recently coming together and giving me some

direction. Thank you for praying!

Chad Keeter (Navigators Ministry, Staff; 2050 Old Bishop Road; Bishop,

GA 30621): This is an exciting time for me and Emily. We can't thank you guys enough for your prayers, words of encouragement, and gifts leading up to our wedding day. Continue to pray for us as we seek to surrender our lives, together as one in marriage, to the Father. We're so excited to be so close to entering into this journey together. Thank you so much for continuing to pray for the ministry here at UGA! Just the other day I was sitting across from one of the sophomore guys that I get time with regularly named Josh. Through our conversation, Josh shared with me how he's excited about the vision of making spiritual generations of laborers while living and discipling among the lost. Thank you for praying for Josh! It's been amazing to walk alongside of him and see him go from a place of disillusionment with life to a place of humbly seeking after God and surrendering his life to Jesus' lordship. Continue to pray for Josh and the other sophomore guys that I'm investing in. Thank you so much for your commitment to do this! I love you guys!

Emily Payne (answered the call to

vocational ministry; 1913 Beaverdale Road NE;

Dalton, GA 30721): The wedding is coming up so quickly and my time at home is coming to an end! Please pray that this time will become a great memory for me! Would you also pray that any decisions that need to be made on this side of the wedding will be in the front of my mind, please? I feel so forgetful sometimes with all the decisions that I have been faced with lately! Please pray that I will remember important things and make good decisions! I would also like to ask you to pray for God to give me wisdom in making decisions about my future! I really want Him to be glorified in whatever it is that I do! Thank you for being so diligent in prayer and thank you for walking with me through this exciting time in my life!

the law, which is a big deal during Mardi Gras. I arrived safely home late this afternoon rejoicing and tired. In all this I just want to praise God and thank the Church for your prayer and support. I will update you next week with prayer concerns but I just ask that you take time to praise and thank God for what He has accomplished during Mardi Gras Outreach.

Michelle Parham (answered the call to vocational ministry; 1812

Glenbrook Place; Dalton, GA 30720): Thank you for praying for me as I have been praying for God's direction in the coming semesters! Please continue to do so! Also please pray that I will be guarding my heart and seeking the Lord for my total satisfaction! Please pray that I will be effective and willing to get out of my comfort zone on campus! Pray that in times of doubt that I will hold on to the Father's promises! I love you all,

you're the best! Troy Poe (answered the call to vocational ministry; 556 Harvest Way;

Dalton, GA 30721): Today was a relief as I turned in a paper and completed a presentation. A couple more weeks will start the stress all over again. Continue to pray that I will stay motivated and diligent in my studies. Please continue to pray God will direct my friends and me towards a mission's opportunity this summer. Pray for Kingdom focus in my everyday life. Thank you for your commitment to pray for me. I love you all!

Thomas, Paige, Elizabeth & Jacob Queen (our missionaries in

South Africa; Suite H17, P/Bag X9118;

Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, 3200): What a great week we had last week. We were blown away by the generosity of our Grove Level church family when Mrs. Teresa called to tell us we could now replace one of our troublesome cars. What a testimony that the Father knows our needs before we even ask and provides

more than we can ever imagine! He really is good ALL THE TIME! How this grows our faith by leaps and bounds. We are deeply grateful to everyone who gave or has prayed over our vehicle provision. Pray for us to have wisdom as we look for a more reliable vehicle over the next few weeks and months. God also has blessed us with 4 wonderful new interns from the UK. The four girls (Lindsay, Emily, Leah, and Kirsty) all made it here with all their luggage. Thanks to everyone who prayed for Emily's visa. Her visa came through 5 days after you all started praying for it. She now joins her Tear Fund team and will serve alongside us at Ethembeni. They are all lovely girls with great attitudes. They love the Lord and are eager to make disciples and grow spiritually. Pray for God to use them in a mighty way to make much spiritual fruit among the people here. Pray for their safety as they live in the rural community and for their health as well. Last week, they helped teach a prenatal class and helped children daily with their homework after school. They observed beading class and house visits. We hope to train them to give their testimonies soon and testify of what God has done in their lives on house visits this week. In our Sweetwater bible study, we are studying prayer. I taught the class last week while Thomas was at our local church plant meeting going over the strategy to reach the little community of Magwababa (Maug-wha-bah-bah) through the local elementary school of Siyabongabomvu (See-YA-BONG-Ah-Bom-Voo). This little elementary school looks like a great place to reach the children of this community then seek to church plant in the community. Also our church plant team hopes to start a cell group in Sweetwaters soon. We pray God grows this into a church as well. Pray with us that the Lord will guide us in how to best plant churches in these two communities. Big church plant meeting this Thursday! Please pray for one of my families I see on house visits. T (we will call her) has gotten much worse than the last time I saw her before Christmas. She has become delirious and doesn't recognize family any longer. She had a fever this week. She needs to go to the hospital but getting her there is difficult because her shack is so remote. Her husband is struggling
