Both exquisite and stylish, POOLHOUSE is the ultimate lap of

Its situation on the estate and its private garden guarantee

peace and privacy.

Accommodation is housed on the first floor with 5 bespoke

designed en-suite bedrooms, one of which includes a steam

shower. The kids bedroom sleeps up to 6 children, with

double bunk beds and 2 trundle beds.

The ground floor is a celebration of our signature Lakes

by yoo open-plan living, with lounge, dining and kitchen

spaces all leading onto an over-water terrace complete

with fire pit and barbecue.

The ground floor is completed with a games / cinema

room, with a large in-ceiling projector screen and French

doors opening onto a private south-facing garden, with

hobbit house, terrace and picnic area.

PERFECT POOL

PARTIES POOLHOUSE is the home of our unique ‘perfect

pool party’ experience. Available to book when

staying at POOLHOUSE, you are welcome to invite

up to 20 guests to join the experience (additional to

those already staying at POOLHOUSE to a

maximum of 30 guests).

The experience begins the night before, with

preparations for perfection taking over the house

including full body exfoliations, manicures and

pedicures for all guests staying, and a private

shopping experience with the Heidi Klein team.

We suggest a supper prepared with The Super Elixir

this evening; a little detox, before the retox

tomorrow.

The POOLHOUSE team will ensure the stage is set to

impress, with Orlebar Brown towels rolled on loungers

and Taittinger ice buckets at the ready. Don’t forget to

check your room - you’ll find a tote stocked with Sisley,

VOSS and other essentials for a perfect pool party.

Your guests will be greeted at the St Tropez

inspired bar with the signature POOLHOUSE

cocktail, designed by Padron tequila.

Waiter served, cocktails and Taittinger

champagne will be free flowing through the

party.

Delectable canapes, designed by LoveBites, are

circulated through the party also, with a menu

inspired by the French riviera, sunshine and sandy

beaches. This is food that will delight your

guests, and fortunately there are recipe booklets

to keep, so you can recreate these little treats at

home.

including hand and scalp massage as standard. For deep

relaxation, the team can provide full treatments for guests at
