The addition of large chains at the beginning of each row is an important design feature to join the strip into a spiraling fabric. The edging is worked seamlessly right onto the Mbius in one continuous round. Using a long-striping yarn adds visual interest and mystique about the construction, but the Mbius would look gorgeous in a solid color, too.publishers of Interweave Crochet magazinejoin the online crochet community at crochetme.comVisit InterweaveStore.com/crochetpatterns for more great patterns!page 3Pompeii Mbius originally published in The Finer Edge (Interweave, 2012).
