Pompe submersibilePompele submersibile sunt montate în puţuri suspendate de conducta subpresiune. Pentru o siguranţă suplimentarăşi în cazul conductelor din plastic, recomandăm montarea unui cablu dinoţel pe pompă. Pompele submersibile pot fi montate deasemenea şi orizontal în rezervoare de apă, pe picioarele de susţinere prevăzute.Cablul imersabil este în conformitate cudirectiva pentru apă potabilă. Acesta estefixat de conducta sub presiune şi racordatla reţeaua electrică cu un comutatoradecvat de protecţie a motorului.Pompa se livrează ca unitate completă,cu cablul electric prefabricat şi montat,astfel încât montajul şi punerea în funcţiune la faţa locului să dureze foartepuţin.

Este obligatorie montarea uneicarcase de flux de la un anumit diametrual puţului, în recipient, rezervor, lac, râu sau dacă pompa submersibilă se montează orizontal.De asemenea, o carcasă de flux se recomandă dacă admisia apei în puţ se află deasupra zonei de aspiraţie a pompei submersibile.Astfel componentele solide se pot sedimenta şi durata de viaţă a pompeicreşte considerabil.

Pentru condiţiile de montaj cu impurităţigrosiere în apă, cum ar fi frunze, plante sau crengi, trebuie montată o sită la carcasa de flux, care să reţinăaceste impurităţi înaintea pătrunderii în pompă. La montajul orizontal, se recomandă întotdeauna o sită, care reduce suplimentar acumulările în pâlnia de aspirare.

StrömungsmantelDie Haupt-Ausfallursache bei denUnterwassermotoren liegt in der Überhitzung des Motors. Damit diesesProblem nicht auftreten kann, muss eineminimale Umströmungsgeschwindigkeitum den Motor gewährleistet werden(Motorenkühlung).Die minimalen Umströmungs-geschwindigkeiten «C» sind auf Seite 12von diesem Katalog zu entnehmen. Das heisst, ab einem gewissen Brunnen-durchmesser, in Behälter, Tank, See,Fluss oder wenn die Unterwasserpumpehorizontal eingebaut wird, muss zwingend ein Strömungsmantel eingesetzt werden.Weiter wird ein Strömungsmantel empfohlen, wenn der Wassereintritt imBrunnen oberhalb des Ansaugbereichesder Unterwasserpumpe liegt. Die Feststoffanteile können sich dadurchabsetzen und die Lebensdauer derPumpe wird erheblich erhöht.

Für Einbauverhältnisse mit grobenVerschmutzungen im Wasser, wie Laub,Pflanzen oder Äste, muss ein Seiher am Strömungsmantel montiert werden,der diese Verunreinigung von der Pumpeabhält. Beim horizontalen Einbau wirdimmer ein Seiher empfohlen, er mindertzusätzlich die Saugtrichterbildung.

Flow casingThe main cause of failure in the submersible pumps is overheating of the motor. To prevent this problem arising, a minimum rate of flow around the motor must be ensured(motor cooling).The minimum rates of circulation «C» are given on page 12 of this catalogue. I.e. a flow casing must be fitted withoutfail above a certain well diameter, in containers, tanks, lakes or rivers, or if the submersible pump is mounted horizontally. A flow casing is also recommended if the water inlet in the well lies above the intake zone of the submersible pump.The solid matter content can then be deposited and the service life of the pump is significantly prolonged.

For installation conditions with majorcontamination in the water, such as foliage, plants or branches, a strainermust be fitted on the flow casing to keep contamination of this kind awayfrom the pump. The strainer is also used to reduce suction funnel formationwith low water levels above the pump. A strainer is always recommended withhorizontal mounting to further reducesuction funnel formation.
