Notes on Interoperability
Use the following notes to help you understand interoperability testing:
● Only some Polycom HDX and RealPresence Collaboration Server (RMX) models were used in
every test.
● Some scenarios excluded Polycom People+Content IP or H.239.
● Not all call speeds were used in every test.
● RealPresence DMA does not yet support the Shuffling feature, which required the use of G.711 in
most scenarios.
● Support for Polycom m100 and Polycom RSS 4000 was discontinued shortly after testing began.
These products were not fully tested.
Note: Update your Polycom devices
Polycom recommends that you upgrade your Polycom devices with the latest software versions, as compatibility issues may already have been addressed by software updates. Refer to the Current Polycom Interoperability Matrix to match Polycom devices with the latest software release.
