BROJ/ NUMBER 4 POLJOPRIVREDA, OKOLIŠ I REGIONALNE STATISTIKE AGRICULTURE, ENVIRONMENT AND REGIONAL STATISTICS KLANJE STOKE I PERADI U KLAONICAMA, APRIL 2018 SLAUGHTERING OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY IN SLAUGHTERHOUSES, APRIL 2018 U aprilu 2018. godine smanjen je broj zaklanih goveda za 12,31% i svinja za 26,35%, dok je broj zaklanih ovaca povećan za 25,78% i peradi za 6,31% u odnosu na isti period 2017. godine. Neto težina zaklanih goveda je smanjena za 11,48% i svinja za 22,78%, dok je neto težina zaklanih ovaca povećana za 37,40% i peradi za 6,99% u odnosu na isti period 2017. godine. In April 2018 the number of slaughtered cattle decreased by 12,31% and of pigs by 26,35%, while the number of slaughtered sheep increased by 25,78% and of poultry by 6,31% in relation with the same period of 2017. The net weight of slaughtered cattle decreased by 11,48% and of slaughtered pigs by 22,78%, while the net weight of slaughtered sheep increased by 37,40% and of slaughtered poultry by 6,99% in relation with the same period of 2017. SLAUGHTERING OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY IN SLAUGHTERHOUSES APRIL 2018 U aprilu 2018 godine smanjen je broj zaklanih goveda za 1231 i svinja za 2635 dok je broj zaklanih ovaca povećan za 2578 i peradi za 631 u odnosu na isti period 2017 godine Neto težina zaklanih goveda je smanjena za 1148 i svinja za 2278 dok je neto težina zaklanih ovaca povećana za 3740 i peradi za 699 u odnosu na isti period 2017 godine

Metodološka objašnjenja Podaci o klanju stoke i peradi dobiveni su agregiranjem podataka na osnovu uporedivih mjesečnih statističkih istraživanja koja provode entitetski zavodi za statistiku i podružnica Distrikt Brčko Poslovni subjekti i dijelovi poslovnih subjekata dostavljaju podatke na osnovu knjigovodstvene evidencije dok se za obrtničke klaonice podaci dobivaju od nadležnih općinskih službi (veterinarsko ndash inspekcijskih) na osnovu raspoložive evidencije Definicije Bruto težina jeste težina stoke i peradi prije klanja Neto težina jeste težina očišćenog trupa zaklane stoke i peradi bez kože krvi glave (osim kod prasadi i peradi) utrobe prednjih nogu do koljena i stražnjih nogu do skočnog zgloba Randman zaklane stoke i peradi predstavlja postotni odnos težine zaklane stoke i peradi (neto težine) i težine žive stoke i peradi (bruto težine) a iskazuje se u postocima s jednom decimalom

Gross weight is the weight of livestock and poultry before slaughtering Net weight is the weight of dressed carcass of slaughtered animals without skin and blood eviscerated and beheaded (excluding piglets and poultry) and after removal of fore ends and hind legs with knuckle Coefficient of utilisation of slaughtered livestock and poultry is a persentage ratio of the weight of the slaughtered cattle and poultry (net weight) and the weight of livestock and live poultry (gross weight) and it is presented in percentage caltulated to one decimale place
