We are delighted to welcome you to Cyprus and to our Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos. The purpose of this booklet is to introduce you to our facilities, services and venues and most importantly to help you enjoy them to the fullest.

You will find important information about our Luxury All-Inclusive policies, which we kindly ask you to read carefully and follow, in order to have a comfortable, safe and pleasant experience during your holidays.

THE ALL-INCLUSIVE WRISTBANDS AND DAY PASSESUpon check-in you will receive an all-inclusive wristband that entitles you to take full advantage of our food and beverage outlets. Kindly wear your wristband at all times, otherwise the staff will not be authorized to serve you without charges. Our wristbands come in different colours for different purposes, as follows: • Gold Wristbands: for in-house adults , residents of Deluxe Rooms and Family Junior Suites. • Blue Wristbands: for in-house adults, residents of Whiterose Suites, Fisherman’s Village Rooms and Deluxe Superior Rooms. • Green Wristbands: for in-house children and teenagers up to 18 years old. In accordance with our strict instructions, our staff will not serve alcoholic beverages toany guests wearing a green wristband.

Day Passes for Non-Residents Special packages for either a particular banqueting event or for the whole day are available for non-residents and can be obtained at our reception desk.For detailed charges please contact our reception team.

for all-day dining, 4 themed restaurants (Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurant, Captain’s Deck, Rock ‘n’ Roll Diner, Garibaldi) and the main buffet restaurant (Royal Olympic) with lavish breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets.

YOUR FOOD OUTLETS: THE RIGHT BITE AND PLACEThe Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos offers six food outlets in different settings, each with its distinctive ambiance and theme cuisine. Find out what makes each one special, so you will always choose the one that perfectly matches your mood and appetite!

All-day dining and endless flavoursVisit our main restaurant for an enriched buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. A children’s buffet and a special sitting area for families as well as adults are reserved. The extensive buffet features live cooking stations, lavish cold buffets and the divine sweets and ice cream corner. Our chefs offer you a rotating variety of themed buffets to ensure that you enjoy something different every day!

An Italian fine dining cuisineOur exclusive Italian restaurant specialises in authentic and modern Italian cuisine, which will definitely guarantee an exquisite dining experience. The fresh and modern atmosphere is wonderfully candlelit, while soft music plays in the background, allowing you to set aside all your worries and enjoy a relaxing dinner. Garibaldi Ristorante Italiano focuses on a rich 3 course menu of superior culinary creations including an “Antipasti Display”, thus promising refined gastronomy at its best.

THE LITTLE MONSTERS KIDS CLUB… a children’s paradiseThe Olympic Lagoon Resort kids club is supervised by a dedicated and fully trained team. The Children’s Programme has been professionally designed to include numerous indoor and outdoor activities throughout the day and evening. A designated nursery room is also designed for children 6 to 36 months old. Reservation required 24hrs in advance. For 3 to 12-year-olds we also offer arts and crafts at the supervised kids club, sports and activities to make sure everyone has a great time!

… because teenagers need their spaceThe Teenz Club is a teenager’s fantasy, with a hi-tech arcade, internet and an exclusive supervised club complete with entertainment.

YOUR BEVERAGE OUTLETS: DROP IN FOR A DRINK In our continuous efforts to improve our services, we are delighted to introduce a selection of branded international beverages included in your Luxury All-Inclusive Package.

Take a break from the pool or the beach, or cool off with your favourite refreshments without leaving the pool! The Blue Lagoon Bar also includes a swim-up bar with a large in-water seating area where you can enjoy a wide range of exotic cocktails.

Thanks to our 24-hour Info Kiosk Reservations System, you can book a table in either the Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurant, Garibaldi or Captain’s Deck Taverna, anytime in advance. For your convenience, two Info Kiosks are available, one in the reception area and the other at the lower lobby area.

How to use our Info Kiosks: • Select the “Restaurant Table Reservation” tab• Choose your preferred language• Select the restaurant of your choice• Type in your room number• Type the first 3 letters of your last name• Select your preferred date• Select your preferred time period from the ones available• Press the confirmation button• Collect your receipt to present it at the restaurant• Press “Exit”

Note: • Any cancellation must take effect at least 8 hours prior to the booked time, otherwise you will lose the booking entitlement.• For same-day reservation please book before 16:00 hrs

OUR LUxURY ALL-INCLUSIVE POLICIESTo ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of our Luxury All-Inclusive arrangements and to avoid any misunderstandings, please note the following points:1. Wristbands: Wear your wristband at all times in order to receive all the all-inclusive

benefits & services. Without the wristband, our staff will not be able to offer you the services you are entitled to.

2. Mini-Fridge: We have placed for your enjoyment and convenience 1 bottle of mineral water on arrival that is replenished daily and 2 soft drinks, 2 packets of orange juice upon arrival only.

3. Non-Residents: o Offering food and drinks to non-resident guests is strictly prohibited. Kindly abide

by this rule, otherwise the hotel will be obliged to deny you the service you are entitled to and will ask the non-residents to leave the hotel premises immediately.

o Non-residents are welcome on the hotel premises upon purchase of a Day Pass which is available at reception. Upon receiving this special Day Pass, non-residents can enjoy their visit. Please contact our reception desk for more information.

4. Beverage Outlets: o To avoid unnecessary waste, please order no more than 2 drinks per person at a time.

o For your personal safety, no glasses are allowed around the pool, in the garden areas and in the guest rooms. Please use only the polycarbonate glasses available at the pool bar.

o The Luxury All-Inclusive package is valid only until 23:30 hrs. After that time all drinks will be charged according to the prices listed on the menu.

o If you wish to order any drinks which are not included in your package, normal menu prices will apply.

o Our staff is strictly instructed not to serve alcohol to guests under certain conditions, which are specified below: - If a Luxury All-Inclusive guest is seen abusing alcohol - If children under 18 years of age are seen drinking alcoholic beverages - If a Luxury All-Inclusive guest is not wearing his/her wristband - If a Luxury All-Inclusive guest offers food or beverages to a non

Luxury All-Inclusive guest. Please note that the Hotel Management is obliged to abide by Cyprus regulations according to which the Management reserves the right to refuse the provision of services to intoxicated guests.

5. Food Consumption: All meals and snacks must be consumed only in the designated food outlets. Take-away is not allowed.

6. Restaurant Reservations: Table reservations are required for our Seven Orchids Pan Asian Restaurant, Garibaldi Restaurant and Captain’s Deck Taverna. You can make your reservations at the Info Kiosk at any time. For same day bookings the reservation has to be made no later than 16:00 hrs.

7. Packed Lunches and Take-Away: For health & safety reasons, packed lunches and take-away meals are strictly prohibited.

8. Dress Code: Please note that the dress code required for each dining outlet is as described in the information provided. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry if a guest is not dressed accordingly.

9. Kindly note that bare feet and wet clothes are prohibited in all indoor areas, You & Me Bar and on restaurant terraces. In addition guests are kindly asked not to place their feet on furniture.

10. Sunbed allocation: The residents of Whiterose Honeymoon Suites, Fisherman’s Junior Suites and Deluxe Superior Rooms enjoy the exclusive privilege of sunbed allocation within the serenity adults-only swimming pool.

11. Restaurant beverages: All-Inclusive Beverages served in all restaurants include local wine, sparkling wine, beer, soft-drinks, juices, still and sparkling mineral water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

12. All restaurants, bars and other indoor facilities including the rooms are Non-Smoking areas. Please be advised that the management of the hotel reserves the right to change any information

mentioned in this document, without prior notice.
