This presentation will concentrate on the

NEW NEW 2007 2007 CIVIL SERVICE TEST CIVIL SERVICE TEST format made

up of the following three subtests:

• The six “ability areas” of the Written Ability

Test (WAT)

• The Life Experience Survey (LES), and

• The Work Style Questionnaire (WSQ)

The LES and WSQ are part of the new 2007

testing format containing approximately 300 of

non-cognitive questions known as “psychometric

questions.” The presentation will include

examples of these components. A workbook

containing difficult simulated practice questions

will also be included.
