JUNE BOOM POKER TOURNAMENT

OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL RULES

Sponsor: Shooting Star Casino, Hotel and Event Center, 777 Casino Road, PO Box 418, Mahnomen, MN 56557.

Eligibility: To participate in the Luck May Have It Poker Tourna-ment each entrant must be at least 18 years old. Table Game Team Members are not eligible. Shooting Star Team Members are eligible to participate. Subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Official Rules: By participating, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Timeframe: Multi-Table Satellite will be Saturday, June 8, 2019, Registration begins at 4 pm and 6pm start time located in the Event Center. Main Event $1,000 Added Money Poker Tourna-ment will be in the Event Center on Sunday, June 9, 2019, Regis-tration begins at 9am and 11am start time.

To Enter: Multi-Table Satellite, register at the registration desk in the tournament area, located in Event Center. $60 Buy-in, $10 Entry Fee + $5 Bad Beat Fee & $5 add on optional: 25% advance to the main event and the remainder of cash will be paid out to the last player out before the 25%.

Starting chips 5,000 with an optional $5 Dealer add-on for $2,000 in chips, and tournament blind structure will be posted. Main Event Entries are transferable. Main Event $1000 Added Money Poker Tournament, register at the registration desk in the tournament area, located in Event Center. $210 Buy-in, $30 Entry Fee + $5 Bad Beat Fee; Starting chips 25,000 with an optional $10 Dealer add-on for $5,000 in chips. Players can re-buy one time for $210 Buy-in, $30 Entry Fee; Starting chips 25,000 with an optional $10 Dealer add-on for $5,000 in chips during the registration period. 100% of the buy-in will be paid back in places PLUS, an additional $1,000 added to the purse from the promotional fund. The payout amounts will depend on the field size in accordance to the payout structure attached.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participating in the Promo-tion constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical infor-mation, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

In such an event, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tamper-ing with the entry process or the rules of operation of the Promo-tion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate oper-ation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release: By entering this Promotion, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Shooting Star Casino Associates and the com-pany’s officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt, redemption or use of the prize.
