This model is used to define budget forecasts based on operational objectives; or to realign existing ones. The model is elaborated in 2 phases: - Operational objectives definition (or the triangle of the new economy). We identify the relations between the core activity that your public is going to consume through your business (data), with your users (or traffic), and your revenues generated by you paying clients. - Key financial date are then circles around operational objectives (the triangle) in order to realign OPEX, EBITDA and CAPEX in a coherent framework.
