Chardonnay Langhe DOC is made withestate-grown grapes from the Chardonnayvineyards shown on map page no. 17, in 217P, 220 P, 318 P.

Vinification:The grape are harvest by handinto crates, taken to the cellar and crushedimmediately. The must obtained is separatedfrom the solid particles and lees by staticdecantation lasting 24 hours; then it is rackedand yeasts are added to encourage alcoholicfermentation, which takes place intemperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.After about ten days, the wine is racked andleft in contact with the yeasts for at least sixmonths and remixed regularly to favourrefinement. In late spring, after coldstabilisation, the wine is bottled and releasedfor sale after a month.

Visual aspects:Pale straw yellow, with slightgreenish highlights, brilliant.

Olfactory aspects: Very intense, persistent,fresh, with notes of banana and pineapple,toasted hazelnut and butter.

Taste aspects: Harmonious, full and warm,with a pleasantly tasty and persistent finish.

Aging/Method of storage: If stored correctly,away from light, at a temperature below 68°F - 20° C, it can give its best even 2 – 3 yearsafter bottling.

Barbera d ’Alba DOC Tenuta Rocca ismade with grapes from the Barberavineyards shown on map page no. 17,220 P, 318, 219. Southwest exposure.

Vinification: During the ripening of thegrapes we thin out the bunches tooptimize the yield and then hand-selectthem before they undergo soft crushing.Selected yeasts that respect the fragrantaroma of the product are added to themust. At the end of temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine isdrawn off and racked. Complete malo-lactic fermentation takes place in steel. Thewine is then cold stabilized and preparedfor bottling.

Visual aspects: Brilliant, ruby red, goodintensity.

Olfactory aspects: Floral (roses), fruit(cherry and subsequently sour blackcherry), fresh, clean, characteristic.

Taste aspects: Dry, warm, good body,fresh, discreet tannins, balanced, veryintense finish with sensations reminiscentof the bouquet and decidedly fruity.

Aging/Method of storage: At least 7/8years if stored correctly, away from lightat a cool and constant temperature, in thesame horizontal position as when itarrives in its case until the moment ofconsumption.

Barbera d’Alba DOC Superiore is madewith grapes grown exclusively in the Barberavineyards shown on map page no. 17, 315 P,432 P, 213 P, 217 P, 216 P, in the “VignaRòca Neira” cru. South/southeast exposure.

Vinification: During the ripening of thegrapes we thin out the bunches to optimizethe yield and then hand-select them beforethey undergo soft crushing. Selected yeasts thatrespect the fragrant aroma of the product areadded to the must. At the end of temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine is drawnoff and racked. The wine spends about a yearin new French oak (Allier) barriques and isthen prepared for bottling and bottlerefinement before being released on themarket.

Visual aspects: Brilliant, deep purplish rubyred with violet highlights.

Olfactory aspects: Open, intense, persistent,fruity (raspberry, then sour black cherry andwild dwarf cherry), spicy with lightly toastedsensations that give way to milk chocolate,clean, characteristic.

Taste aspects: Dry, full, warm, balanced,with well-integrated tannins, very intenseand long finish with sensations reminiscentof the bouquet with delicate notes of toastedhazelnuts.

Aging/Method of storage: At least 10/12years if stored correctly, away from light, at acool and constant temperature, in the samehorizontal position as when it arrives in itscase until the moment of consumption.

Selected yeaststhat respect the fragrant aroma of the productare added to the must. At the end oftemperature-controlled fermentation, thewine is drawn off and racked. Completemalo-lactic fermentation takes place in steel.The wine is then transferred to Slavonianoak barrels where it refines and matures forat least a year. The wine is finally ready forbottling and bottle refinement.

Visual aspects: Brilliant, garnet red, goodintensity.

Olfactory aspects: Ethereal, intense, floral(violet), fruity (plum and raspberry). Spicynotes subsequently emerge.

Taste aspects: Dry, warm, full-bodied,suitably tannic, smooth and balanced, ofnotable freshness and character.

Dolcetto d’Alba DOC is made with estate-grown grapes from the Dolcetto vineyardsshown on map page no. 17, in 319, 316 P,317 P, 315 P, 432 P, 214 P, 215 P, in the cruof “Sorì Rocca”. The vineyard has aparticularly good exposure (east/south east,steep and airy) and the wine made from thesegrapes full expresses the territory.

Langhe Rosso DOC is made with estate-grown grapes from the Barbera vineyardsshown on map page no. 17, 315 P, 432 P,213 P, 217 P, 216 P, in the “Ròca Neira”cru. South/south-east exposure; Nebbiolovineyards, shown on map page no. 17,216 P, in the “Sorì Ornati” cru,south/south west exposure; CabernetSauvignon vineyards, on map page no.17, 216 P, 315 P, 213 P. Southwestexposure.

Vinification: The Ornati wine comesfrom the blending, in varyingpercentages, of Barbera, Nebbiolo andCabernet Sauvignon. The wines ageseparately in French oak (Allier)barriques before being blended andbottled.

Visual aspects: Brilliant, deep garnet redwith ruby highlights.

Olfactory aspects: Intense and persistent,ethereal, with fruit sensations (cherry),discreet and delicate notes from the wood(earthy sensations) reminiscent of vanilla,brushwood and tobacco.

Taste aspects: Dry, full, warm, smooth,with notable structure, suitably tannic,balanced. Complex and persistent finishreminiscent of milk chocolate.

Aging/Method of storage: At least 12/13years if stored correctly, away from light,at a cool and constant temperature, in thesame horizontal position as when itarrives in its case until the moment ofconsumption.
