Viewing Procurement Data Analyzing procurement data provides you with information about procurement trends and can assist you in managing vendor relationships. PeopleSoft Purchasing enables you to accumulate and analyze summaries of purchasing, invoicing, and receiving transactions. You configure procurement analysis inquiries based on reporting entities and user IDs. For every user ID, you can configure seven procurement analysis inquiry profile IDs.
