FILLING DEVICE SRH 300 WITH SPREADER

A filling device is determined for dust-free

filling of powder and fine grain inexplosive

materials into road and railway bulk

transport containers. Installed spreader

serves to better working load of containers

(up to 20 %) with distribution hardly

spreadable materials on whole area of

container. Frequency converter ensures

setting optimal revolutions of spreader.

Filling device is made of parts of welded

construction from steel material of

construction quality and of sleeve from

airtight material. According to needs and with regard to loaded material is filling

device delivered in design with various types of level indicators.

Filling device is constructed in robust design, due to it is predetermined to heavy duty.

According to wish filling device could be delivered with integrated filter or with

ATEX proof for explosive materials. Filling device is operated from hanging hand

controller, according to wish also otherwise.

Design of control system allows to insert filling device into system of remote or

automatic control together with coherent pneumatic conveying and storage technology.

Filling device SRH 300

Device consists of inlet part with sucking valve, filling and sucking sockets (1), outlet part with extensible

closing cone (2, 3), limit level indicator with protective guard (4), vibrator (5), outside sleeve (6), inside sleeve

with protective cones, winch with protective shelter (8), hand controller (7) and control system (9), spreader

drive (10) and spreader disc (11). According to wish it is possible to place the winch separately on own support.
