IntroductionWe unified a deep procedure for PMR activity for all vendors under one umbrella, determine the total site visits per a year and the unified checklist, to be used for telecom, MW and PMP technology   We set the strong criteria to reflect the efforts of NFO team to perform the PMR per a Year due to the following reasons:      1) Very bad weather in KSA throughout the year(in the Summer: very hot, and in the spring: heavy rains with strong sand storm ,humidity)      2) In an attempt to improve the KPI’s by solve some problems such as fading problems on the problematic links, alignment issues and so on.      3) Unfortunately, a lot of vandalism/stolen issues/missing earthling cables,  can be reported during PMR visits So, quantity of PMR visits during a year, are adjusted according to the following table and it is agreed from all MNS vendors:

·         Priority of the sites, as shown with detailed in  tab.1
