As usual, the delivery time are 30days to 50 days, the small and middle size molds are about 30 days ，the big mold need about 50days. 5、 PMP MOLD Has passed ISO9001 certification. 6、Our main business are mold&molding making, as usual, the molds for automotive parts、home appliance、medical instruments,also for the parts of electronic products.also we expand the new business is mold components process. 7、We purchased a series precision mold processing machines that are from CNC、 EDM、 Wire Cut 、Gringding & Milling、QC equipment、Injection machine、Lifting equipment to Clamping machine.like Sodick CNC、Takumi 、CHARMILLE Mirror ect, we keep using the high precision machine to promote our processing and also to decrease the cost and increase efficiency and qualities. 8、please focus on our key business, we do Mold Design and Making 、 Die Casting 、 Product Second Operation、 Assemble、 Mold Components、 Injection Molding、 Prototyping、 Product Design，we give a specially introduction about our injection molding business to you,we have 9 Injection Machines from 50T-350T,Put Machine Hands into Production,QCs will be arranged from produce to delivery. About our quality control, we have 3 QC engineer in the mold producing, the one is in charge of in mold production and two QC engineer are in charge of in injection molding, we can do 100% inspection for mold and molding making.
