Execution及MC階段因為可能專案執行會出現問題,所以Execution最後一步及MC產出一定會有Change Requests。 而依據PMBOK內容指出,發現問題後要再 回 到 Plan 階 段 進 行 修 正 , 所 以 在Integration的Plan階段( Develop Project Management Plan ) 的 輸 入 才 會 出 現Approval Change Requests ,而輸出亦同時出現Change Requests 。

第 四 重 限 制 式 部 份 ( Quality ) 則 I 於Execution階段輸入WPI,但並未產出WPM,僅於MC階段輸入WPM做為指標後,產出 Quality Control Measurement

執 行 階 段 會 有 WPI 產 出(Integration),再分別輸入其他MC階段作為輸入其中 最 特 別 的 是 , WPI 為Quality的執行階段的產出,另外HR不需做WPI檢視

三重限制式輸入WPI會產出WPM

HR部分,於9.3流程產出Team Performance Assessments後再輸入9.4流程 10.5除輸入

WPI 外,一輸入WPM,而 後 產 出Performance Report 後再分別輸入9.4、10.3 、 11.6及12.3

分隔線,自此條線以下沒有WPM(雖10.5、11.6及12.3的輸入依然為WPI),以Performance Report 為主。

採購部份,只要知道目的是什麼,自然就可以很快幫助背誦 由TT很快就可以理解INPUT及OUTPUT,像10.1 既然是決定要不

要採購及合約行事,當然OUTPUT就是決議及合約類型。

12.1 開始考慮要不要進行採購(make-or-buy ) ,以及如何進行( contract type)

12.2 如果有需要,就必須透過「網路」尋找或「廣告」招商,然後將「賣家集合一起」後,對於「所提計畫書」進行後「評價」再細部「獨立估計」,然後與所需要的賣家進行「談判」

12.3 執行後,當然要開始「付錢」,並且要時時對於執行狀況進行「檢驗」,看看「成效」如何, 以評估這次「採購的成效」,如有「爭議」產生,則 必 須 進 行「合約變更」並「記錄」下來
