Enterprise Software: Also known as enterprise application software (EAS), is purposed-designed computer software used to satisfy the needs of an organization rather than individual users.

SAP: SAP is the world's leading provider of enterprise software and services.

Users Group: A users' group (also user's group or user group) is a type of organization focused on the use of a particular technology.

Business: An organization involved in the trade of goods, services, or both to consumers.

Technology: Application of computers and telecommunications equipment to store, retrieve, transmit and manipulate data, often in the context of a business or other enterprise

Order to Cash normally refers to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) process in which taking

customer sales (direct from the customer ) orders via different sales channels, such as email,

internet, sales person, fax or by some other means like EDI, and then fulfilling the order, shipping,

logistic and then generating an invoice and collecting payment for that invoice and then receipt.
