• 25+ year of experience of working in Dairy, Food, Beverage, Pharma and FMCG Industry in Engineering, Production, Quality, or other functions. This can be waived-off on special requests.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Must embody Honesty, Integrity, Commitment, Positivity, Result-Oriented, and Pro-active Behaviors.

• Function 1 – Mentor, Assess, Envision People✓ Mentor the executive and management staff at PMG via suitable methods. Assess

the improvements of individual / team in both qualitative and quantitative manner. Help the individual / team to Envision the roadmap/ career path/ goals / milestones in the short-term and long-term

✓ Fill the Function 1 – Mentor, Assess, Envision People Survey

• Function 2 – Connect, Identify, Lead Opportunities✓ Connect with a decision-maker at prospective client (DM). Identify client’s business

concerns and pain points, and respective business opportunities for PMG. Coordinate with your pmg-contact, who shall prepare and submit the Work Proposal. Educate the Client on the Value Proposition via consequence-driven marketing and sales

✓ Fill the Function 2 – Network, Identify, Lead Opportunities Survey

• Function 3 – Ideate, Innovate, Implement Systems✓ Generate Ideas with consideration to capabilities of PMG Team, market and business

dynamics, and value-add possibilities for Clients. Innovate to develop a viable solution to leverage the situation. Implement developed systems with long term sustainability and real value creation
