International Industrial Park standard infrastructure of Phu My 3 SIP

1）Design and Construction ManagementWe entrusted detailed design and construction managementto Nippon Koei which has many achievements in the designand construction management of many Japanese industrialparks in Vietnam and other countries.

2) Waste Water Treatment PlantThe wastewater treatment facility is designed and constructedby Kobelco Eco-Solutions which wastewater treatment standard isClass A, the most severe wastewater standard in Ba Ria Vung Tauprovince. Phase 1 capacity: 9,000m3/day, in future : 45,000m3/day

3）Natural GasSojitz Vietnam supplies the Natural Gas to PM3 SIP. A 6-inchpipe is buried under the industrial park which can supplymaximum 15 million m3/month.

4）InternetOptical fibers are buried under the industrial park and Internetmanagement services are supplied by KDDI which reside insidethe SIP.



5) Electrical Installation and WiringConstructed by One of the biggest Japanese Electric company, Sanyo Engineering & Construction Inc.

6) Electric SupplyFrom the substation which is 2 km away from the IP, the high pressure 110 KV transmission line is retracted and transformed 22KV to the substation inside the industrial park, then supplied to the tenant by the underground transmission line for measures against lightning.

7) Water SupplyWater is supplied from a source of abundant mountain water by a public water corporation Wasuco up to 34,000m3/day, in future the water supply amount can be reached to 90,000 – 100,000 m3/day.

8) Port and logistics service:From June 2019, Vina-Japan Shirogane Logistics Co., Ltd will start operation of the logistics warehouse.

What is a “Specialized Industrial Park”?

In October 2011, Vietnam & Japan Prime Ministers- Mr. Nguyen Tan Dung & Mr. Yoshihiko Noda,agreed to construct 02 specialized industrial parksfor Japanese enterprises in Vietnam and Phu My 3was selected. Finally on December 2014, Ba Ria Vung Tau

province approved Phu My 3 industrial park asSpecialized Industrial Park.

2 benefits of the Specialized Industrial Park: Expanding land lease period of usual 50 years to 70

years. In case of PM3, the license was granted in2007, so in reality, the land lease term is around 58years until Dec. 20, 2077, and land lease feebecome cheaper. Land use fee will be exempted for 20 years from

beginning of 2018 to the end of 2037.

Corporation Income Tax (Decree no. 218/2013/NĐ-CP of the Government)(Decree no. 118/2015/NĐ-CP of the Government)

17% applicable for the first 10 years from the first year earning revenue from the newProject.

2–year tax exemption from the first year earning assessable income, 50% reduction inthe following 4 years.

Import Tariff Exemption as follow: Exemption for importing merchandise and machinery in oil & gas industry. Exemption for importing merchandise and machinery to build up fixed assets for implementing

the projects. Exemption for importing merchandise and machinery which are not available domestically.
