�Completely in stainless steelEvery structural characteristic of the new

PiTEX is in stainless steel; making it built to lastand also suitable for every industrialenvironment.

The silos for the products have beenplanned accurately in order to withstand bigdepressions in a way that the loading operationis speeded up. They are also suitable to holdwhatever type of material. The parallelepipedshape of the silos means that it is possible toutilize a cochlea which covers all the depth ofthem, almost eliminating the risk of theformation of platforms.

The silos are available in different sizes tofit the requirements of the customer, up to 180litres, in this way they can cover a large rangeof applications. Special silos for liquids andpaste can be mounted on the same structure ofdistribution guaranteeing the maximumversatility of the machine in this way.

�Simple and modular The silos are built in a totally independent

way one from the other, and can be put in thestructure in predetermined positions with greatfacility. The process of: removing andsubstituting the storage containersis a simple operation and thisalso allows the immediate re-use-of the machine, thuseliminating eventualmaintenance operations.

Simplicity means also aminimization of times ofinstallation and startingup of the equipment.PiTEX is sent to thecustomer pre-mountedin transportable blocks,and therefore longoperations of alignmentand starting up are not

necessary, unlike machines of more complexstructure. In PiTEX all the operations ofmovement and control are concentrated in onetransferable conveyor only which includes thecontrol panel of weighing and movement.

� InnovationThe simplification of the machine has been

obtained through a reduction in the numberof components which are necessary for itsfunctioning, also: an accurate design allowsthe integration of the operations of theopening of the cochlea, dosage commandand the suction in one block only which isfixed on the front conveyor with weighingmachine carrier. This conveyor is the onlymoving part. On the same structure of theconveyor there is a system of filtration of thedispersed dust, eliminating in this way piping,flexible cables and auxiliary apparatuswhich generally contribute to reducing thereliability of an automatic machine.

The compactness of the mountedstructures on the conveyor allows thecomplete pre-assembly of the machine in ourproductive units, and this is translated in quickand simple installations at our customers.

�Technology for safetyThe utilization of radiofrequency TAG for

the silos identification guarantees absolutesafety in the operations without the necessityof installing expensive automatic valves andthe relative operating plant. The operatorcan carry out the load of a particular silos

only after the system has electronicallycontrolled the correct identity.

The same system can optionally beapplied to the final product of the machine,

the weighing container can be identifiedthrough a system of writing by radiofrequency and the operator can use a specialhand scanner to identify the content.
