Already time for another Dj newsie? Whoaa, Time flys!! We have had a lot go on in the world ofPlusFm these last couple of weeks, we've lost 3 very amazing Dj's unfortunally. (Artist, Heart &Shy) They will all be missed deeply.

I will not let that get us down though, we will continue to grow in the US region. As I'm on the lookout for a few lovely Dj's to feel the team back up. I feel like my first article I wrote was kind a bitmean in ways, but things had to be said... And we are past that now, so I here by state this a freshstart for our region. We need to come closer as a region, because some Dj's I feel like I don't evenknow you that well and others I don't think I've even chatted with. I will be making A US chat just tohave.

I had one at first but it just quit getting used... So that will be coming back soon (just so we can getto know each other a bit better). Everyone of you are amazing Dj's I feel someone of you could bea really perfect adition and could go really far.. You just need to put in a bit more work and effort

a.k.a basically book some more slots. I'm not saying book 10-20 a week, but most only get therequired slots and nothing more, I myself would like to see the US repersent more and put up 3-5+slots a week, if you think about it's not that much.

Basically I just want everyone on top of their game, and doing the best you honestlly can. I want usall to run as a well oil'ed machine. producing out hours of lovely music. Anyways thats about it forthis week, so untill next time.

EUROPE/UKWITH VISH

Hiya all, over the past few weeks I have been able to get to know you all better and

have seen some of you improve show after show. Some may be more experiencedthan others, and that definitely is visible (well I guess audible in this case) duringyour shows, and that is very good for me to see. But there are others who aren't asexperienced, and have still managed to take on board tips given to you and haveimproved. That being said, I am a bit disappointed with the fact that some of youhavn't been as committed as I would have hoped you to be. With the DJs we have,we can easily become the best region (sorry US and OC) in terms of high qualityshows (and hopefully quantity).

I would also like to see our more experienced DJs to be helping out newer and ones

with less experience in order to promote professionalism and high standardsthroughout Plus FM. You guys can play a very important role!

Apart from that, I think we should keep sticking together as a tight group and talk toeach other if we have new ideas or issues and should always try and sort them outin a mature manner, LETS GO EU/UK WOO!
