As part of this planned preventative maintenance approach, at each visit we test the operation of all safety features and devices

and ensure all lift functions are working correctly to optimise the lifespan and protect the value of your equipment.

Using our bespoke service management system (PLASMa) which integrates seamlessly with customer software, we capture real time data from each visit, giving you accurate and up-to-date information on response times, call out causes and maintenance requirements.

We can also advise on improvements such as reducing energy consumption, improving reliability and performance and optimising traffic flow and can undertake full DDA and Health and Safety Audits so your lifts remain trouble-free and cost-effective.
