ADVOCACY
To ensure that every student has at least one adult staff member that knows them well, the PGHS Advocacy Program assigns each student to a teacher who will remain together from their freshman to the senior year. The objectives of the Advocacy class are to:
– Provide opportunities for all students to make connections to their school
– Assist and guide students in their exploration of post-secondary college and career options
– Provide students with the knowledge, skills, and resources to track their individual academic progress.

For Cheerleading, Cross Country, Football, Girls’ Tennis, Volleyball, Boys’ Soccer and Girls’ Golf
Requirements:
• 2.0 GPA from previous semester report card.
• Physical Exam after June 1st by an MD only (no physicals from Chiropractor or Nurse Practitioner).
• Physical Form must be given to the coach on August 17th.
• Forms will be available in the Main Office beginning June 1st.
