TOP ARTS The budding artistic talents of four Grade 9 pupils from the Tsogo Sun Arts Academy at Hemingways Casino in East London were recognised when their artworks won one double gold, two golds and three bronzes at the High School Art Exhibition, held at Belgravia Art Centre in East London. Gugu Goxo won double gold for her oil painting, Imperfections, and gold for her series of three mixed-media portraits, titled We Are Beautiful. Mbali Maninjwa won gold for her mixed-media drawing, Dream Feather, and bronze for her watercolour, Arum Lilies. Gugu Goxo was awarded a bronze for her watercolour, called Vase of Roses.
